Dear God, You are my core,
Always glowing and bright,
May my body reflect you,
Shining like a star at night;
For Your always radiant,
Positive in every vibe,
Humbly praising you daily,
Keeps my spirit very much alive.

It may be considered strange,
To attempt to love everyone,
But it's actually very nice,
And also lots of fun;
To have no distinction,
Between colour, race or creed,
Passing God's love to all,
There's always a need.

Have no fear,
Have no tear,
For God's always there,
Waiting to hear;
There to aid,
Don't be afraid,
His love is there,
Constantly being re-made.

My parents' religion tried to teach me,
But I could never understand,
What they were really going on about,
That's why I had to leave their band;
But this plunged me into darkness,
For many years I had pain,
Until I found a God of my own conception,
And started to have a happy brain.
