FEBRUARY 2nd
As you should,
Think only good,
Every thought bright,
Radiating God’s eternal light;
Each thought,
Full of good cheer,
Thanking Him constantly,
Throughout the year.

'I love you God,'
Four little words,
I love saying them now,
I don't feel absurd;
For now I know different,
Pain allowed me to see Your light,
I used to be so dismissive,
I wasn't very bright.
Dearest God, rather than be on the make, may I give rather then take.
Dear lovely God,
From You I tried to hide,
I thought I could do life on my own,
I had lots of arrogance and pride;
Wasn't I silly,
But life/pain caught up with me,
I surrendered to Your love,
And found inner peace and glee.

Wonderful God,
Who's always there,
Who created me,
Who wants me to never have a care;
But in His goodness,
He gave me free-will,
And if I don't restrain this,
My mind is never still.
