Always be happy and enthusiastic,
For enlightenment is the goal,
To realise that we’re not apart,
That God is our very soul;
Always strive forward,
Never look behind,
Pray and meditate daily,
To God’s beauty find.

Wearing a flower especially a carnation,
Reflects the beauty of all of God's creation,
Helping us realise the oneness of all,
Certainly a cause for cheers and celebration;
To also always wear a God given smile,
That can be with you every yard and mile,
Thanking Him for everything,
Whether here or in the Emerald Isle.

Whatever you consider a mishap or blow,
Do not allow yourself to get upset or low,
Look to lovely God,
And continue to enjoy His heavenly glow;
For things can arise,
That bring us closer to God,
This is a spiritual truth,
Although at first it may seem rather odd.

I realise that what God gives us,
Cannot really be described,
By anyone or anybody,
Even the world's greatest scribe;
Sure I can see physical things,
But its inside me I feel real joy,
When I realise the beauty of my Creator,
I am a very grateful boy.
