APRIL 4th.
The wonderful God given realisation,
Of the purpose of our existence,
Helps us realise that being here on earth,
Is not a terrible life sentence;
To realise we've been created,
With the real purpose to find,
The inner beauty of our soul,
That leads to a peaceful mind.

For so long I was spiritually empty,
Not knowing God or my spirit was inside,
Until pain eventually forced me to look for help,
And my eyes were opened wide;
By doing spiritual things I started to realise,
He's in my every muscle and bone,
Thank you lovely God,
For allowing me to realise my body is Your home.

Dearest lovely God,
May my love for You be like a fountain,
Steady, upright and strong,
Cascading love like a fountain;
Unshakeable,
Upright and pure,
Constantly realising Your love,

The body is very hard to discipline,
Is very hard to control,
But if you don't do it,
Abusing it will take its toll;
Fpr it always wants more,
No pleasure does it want to be denied,
Prayer and meditation are the things thst work,
Many other methods have I tried.
