NOVEMBER 30th
Every time you breath in,
Say a little prayer,
That everyone you see,
Is able to overcome every care;
And as you breath out,
Say quietly another,
Wishing peace to all,
For everyone is your brother.
“I believe in the absolute oneness of God, and therefore of humanity.” GANDHI.
To be a vegetarian,
Gives benefits all day through,
Every atom and molecule,
Gets a golden healthy hue;
To realise that eating this food,
Doesn't cause any suffering or pain,
And gves a spiritual benefit,
That daily we gain.
“There are always flowers for those who want to see them.” HENRIE MATISSE.
God is the ultimate healer,
Whose love never does fail,
Ask for His help constantly,
And through life you'll sail;
Everything else is an illusion,
And can from God pull us apart,
But by being humble before Him,
We get joy in the realms of our heart.
"To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders." CHUANG TZU.
I thought girls would bring happiness,
I wanted a life of passion,
I only thought of myself,
I had very little compassion;
This was a disasterous route,
A self-centred path,
Only by allowing God into my life,
Do I enjoy life with many a joke and laugh.
"Oh give us the man, who sings at his work." THOMAS CARLYLE.
