DECEMBER 25th
I need to watch what I say,
For we are judged by our words,
So I pray I say lovely things,
Nothing nasty or absurd:
I pray my actions are kind and loving,
My thoughts wonderful and fine,
Always praising lovely God,
Realising He's the best friend of mine.

The world is a spiritual university,
The body our laboratory,
There to help us find our soul,
Our inner beautiful glee;
There are many books and teachers,
Pain forced me to humbly take advice,
Which led me to the beauty of God,
By putting into practice the words of the wise.
In whatever you may do, always be honest and true.
Dearest beautiful God,
Thank You for my body and heart,
You have made them both,
Each a beautiful work of art;
In fact I cherish my every atom,
My every muscle and cell,
I thank You for them all,
And for making them all so well.

God gives me a body,
That contains a lovely heart,
When I realise this fact,
I realise it's a beautiful work of art;
When I think of its complexities,
And how it's put together,
All I can say is thank You God,
And may I use it to help others feel better.
