JANUARY 2nd.
Dear God,
Happy I feel,
When before you each morning,
I humbly kneel;
I pray for Your guidance,
All through the day,
So that I can help others,
Along life’s highway.

God, my creator,
My friend, my chum.
For years I ignored You,
Wasn't I dumb;
We now have a relationship,
Based on a loving heart,
Thank you lovely God,
And my apologies for us being so long apart.
Whatever the day, whatever the occasion, pray for everyone in every nation.
Beautiful God,
In us You do abide,
People would tell me this,
But from it's truth I would hide;
But pain brought me to my knees,,
My eyes were opened wide,
I asked for Your help,
And found You were inside.

I awoke this morning,
Looked out the window,
I saw the most beautiful dawn,
The most gorgeous red glow;
I thanked God for the scene,
I thank Him for everything,
His praises I shout,
His praises I sing.
