Some say yoga is asanas or postures,
Others pranayama or breath control,,
I know that by doing some each day,
We easier through life stroll;
If I read this years ago,
I would have thought the words strange,
But doing yoga regularly,
Gave me a spiritual and health change.
“Heaven means to be one with God.” CONFUSCIOUS.
The power of words,
An expression we often hear,
Oh how very true,
And it's a truth we should hold dear;
For a word follows a thought,
Oh how very true,
So may I have only good thoughts dear God,
To help others in all I say or do.
To obtain a cure, it helps to be happy and pure.
Dearest lovely God,
Your love is eternal,
You are my core,
You are my kernal;
May Your love flow from me,
Like honey from a hive,
Making other spirits happy,
Making them come alive.

Having a God connection,
Helps us through life,
Sure things will happen,
But there'll be much less strife;
We'll realise we're not alone,
There is something there,
The spirit to help us,
With every difficulty or care.
Dearest God, just as the wave is part of the sea, may I realise I'm part of Thee.
