Every breath I breathe in,
Has been breathed out by another,
This helps me realise,
That everyone is my brother;
And that what I breathe out,
Someone else will breath in,
So I send it with a prayer,
That they’re full of happiness and vim.

I met a man,
He looked quite sad,
I remember the days,
When I was virtually mad;
Days when I tried doing life on my own,
When things went wrong I felt so alone,
Then one day I humbly got on my knees,
And lovely God welcomed me home.

Dear God, for many years,
I was only concerned with my body,
Making a name for myself,
Was my lifetime hobby;
I had no time for a spiritual life,
It didn't to me occur,
Until one day in despair,
With You I had to confer.

Today's a new day,
Today's a new start,
May I do only loving things,
Each with a loving heart;
May I have good intentions,
For I certainly want to change,
May I keep progressing on my spiritual path,
And through the world happily range.
