God, please don't think I'm rude,
But it's certainly easy to like food,
I can definitely eat too much,
More than is considered good;
May I not abuse food,
Eating enough to keep my body fit and whole,
Allowing it to be strong and healthy,
All to help others and nourish my soul.

In life there is a rhythm,
God provides a harmony,
Going with His flow,
Leads to peace and serenity;

But it took me years of pain,
