AUGUST 24th
Aim to love everyone,
Of this never tire,
You will feel it beneficial,
Your spirit will grow higher;
Others always serve,
From this aim never swerve,
And with God’s love,
Never ever lose your verve.
“Music melts all the separate parts of our bodies together.” ANAIS NIN.
God is all,
God is one,
God is the moon,
God is the sun;
God is you,
God is me,
God is everything,
That you see.
Every time you say hello, think of the other person with a little Halo.
Dearest lovely God,
May my thoughts be nice and kind,
Passing on Your joy to others,
So that everyone has a happy mind;
For the mind can easily stray,
It can happen anytime of day,
But asking for God's help,
Allows it to go serenly on its way.
"The harder the struggle, the more glorious the triumph. Self-realization demands very great struggle." SIVANANDA.
My mind was untrained,,
Of it I had little control,
It often caused me problems,
Life on me took its toll;
How to train it,
On yoga I made a start,
It helped me realise the beauty of God,
And His pesence in my heart.
May we all have the skill, to develope a humble will.
