AUGUST 29th
We are the sum,
Of what the body takes in,
So may I take in only good things,
To produce health, zest and vim;
Healthy eating,
Spiritual company,
Allows the spirit to glow,
And be full of glee.

The kingdom of God is within us,
That we should know,
We should search for His divinity,
And then to others let it show;
All spiritual leaders say it,
With prayer and mediation look within,
To allow our heart to be happy,
And our body full of vim.
A habit that is neat, is to pray for people you see in the street.
Dearest lovely God,
My life time friend,
I didn't always realise this,
I was sometimes around the bend;
For when I suffered,
To no one could I turn,
It took me years of pain,
Before I was humble enough to learn.

I now know God is Divine,
Radiating eternal sunshine,
And the more that I am humble,
The more I realise everything is fine;
But when I think,
That I can do life on my own,
Then I have problems,
Seeds of doubt can be sown.
