SEPTEMBER 4th
Who am I really,
Is the question of the ages,
I am You,
Is the answer of the sages;
Just like the wave is part of the ocean,
We are part of Thee,
To realise this dear God,
Fills my heart with glee.
"There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way." BHUDDA.
One day, pain forced me to my knees,
An action that allowed me to be free,
For I surrendered to God's power and love,
And found within me His glee;
Pain allowed me to find,
Happiness and peace of mind,
To know God's love is within,
Thank You God for being so loving and kind.
"If there is light in the soul, there will be beauty in the person." (UNKNOWN)
I now realise my stupidity,
I used to curse and swear,
I was always in a hurry,
I was always in a tear;
Many a disappointment hit me,
I now realise they were all for my good,
For they forced me to ask God for help,
And to be connected to Him just as I should.
"Kindness, like a boomerang always returns." (UNKNOWN)
I aim to be always kind,
It gives a happy mind,
No matter what happens or comes along,
Never do a wrong;
Sure they'll be times,
When your not always appreciated,
But only give out love and joy,
Never any disgust or hatred.
"God is love' {John 4:8} is the best definition of God I know, but then what is love? Love is action, doing loving things without wanting any reward.
