SEPTEMBER 7th
The more we control the ego,
The more the joy of God is seen,
It's best done by prayer,
Which helps us to live and happily dream;
Then yoga and meditation,
Allow us to inwardly go,
To develope our spirit,
And reduce our ego.

Purity is the foundation of yoga,
It is it's very heart,
To help us realise the beauty within,
That we are God's glorious works of art;
That God is our core,
Living in this body that I need to control,
And with a vow of celibacy,
I pray my desires don't ravage my soul.

Dear lovely God,
Your love fills my heart,
You are the greatest treasure,
The greatest work of art;
You fill my spirit,
You allow it to flow,
