SEPTEMBER 15th
God, we're all full of Your light,
Full of Your zest and energy,
Your love is all around,
It's inside you and me;
It fills every atom,
Every single space,
Thank you lovely God,
May Your love be reflected on my face.

God, You live in each body,
This we should realise,
This is the knowledge of the ages,
The wisdom of the wise;
Allow us to keep it healthy,
To carry You around,
To help others always,
Be happy, peaceful and sound.

God, is the light of the Universe,
Praised in song and verse,
Daily I ask for His guidance,
To go forward not reverse:
For He is perfection,
To be like Him I sould always aim,
Living a spiritual life,
Helping others avoid pain.

I read about health,
And the benefit of certain food,
But when someone offers me a sslice of cake,
I think to decline it would be rather rude;
I must however be always aware,
Of what food I take in,
For my body is a Sacred Temple,
Not a dump or dustbin.
