Daily words of hope & inspiration

A little hope for today

September 17

SEPTEMBER 17th

If you hold a grudge,
Through life you'll trudge,
You'll not be happy and free,
Or full of God’s love and glee;
It will hold you down,
You’ll have a frown,
So best pray and forgive,
If you want to happily live.

“You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger”. BUDDHA.

The soul's inside the body,
Always youthful and kind,
The more I realise this fact,
The more peaceful is my mind;
For we are all containers,
Of  God the Divine,
The more we realise we are one,
The more we realise God's sunshine.

“Beautiful thoughts, build a beautiful body.” WAYNE DYER.

I used to be so silly,

I used to be so dumb,

I didn't realise God could be a friend,

That He could be a chum;

I thought happiness was to be found in the world,

And not inside me,

Until pain forced me to look to God,

And the real purpose of life see.

"Realisation is simply to give birth to something within oneself."  (UNKNOWN)

For your life to be vibrant,

Cheerful and bright,

Always acknowledge God's existence,

Provider of all light;

Always be humble,

And on Him rely,

Then you'll be always positive,

You won't get upset or sigh.

"He is a wiser man, who does not grieve for the things he has not, but rejoices for those which he has." EPICTETUS.
