When you shake another’s hand,
Realise the other person is divine,
It will make you feel good,
Full of peace, joy and sunshine;
For in the touching,
Spiritual energy we exchange,
Allowing our spirits,
Through the world to happily range.

The real purpose of life,
Is to be one with Thee,
May I recognise this fact,
And work towards it constantly;
May every breath I take,
Be filled with Your energy,
All to be one with You, dear God,
The source of peace and serenity.
Pray and meditate, rather than sit and vegetate.
Seeking happiness through possessions,
Only brought me pain,
But now I find the less I have,
The more my spirit does gain;
The more things I get rid of,
The more God comes to mind,
I no longer think of wanting things,
Only to others being kind.

Be of lovely God,
May any other thought I have,
Be considered slightly odd;
May my thoughts be full of God's beauty,
Full of His glow,
Allowing me to send good thoughts to others,
