SEPTEMBER 29th
The more you are humble,
The less you grumble,
Your spirit will shine,
Your ego will crumble;
Humbly helping others,
Always with a smile,
Allows us to realise God,
As we travel gratefully every mile.

We come from many nations,
From many different places,
But God is common to all,
May His love show on all our faces;
We may have different religions,
But there is one common fact,
That when we start to meditate,
God's love for us starts to react.
“Do not keep everything for a special occasion because every day that you live is a special occasion.” UNKNOWN
When I started to reunciate,
To think less of the things of the world,
The beauty within my soul,
Started to shine and be unfurled;
It's there I found real riches,
All of a spiritual kind,
I started to realise God's glory,
I started to have a happy mind.

May healthy thoughts,
I only entertain,
Thoughts of a wonderful healthy spirit,
Without ache or pain;
May I thank God for my health,
Every second of the day,
And may I strive constantly,
To give these thoughts away.
To find an inner glow, aim to surrender your ego.
