Identifying ourselves with the Ultimate,
Our ever glowing soul,
Makes us feel radiant,
That should be our goal;
By disciplining the ego,
Humbly letting it go,
Surrendering daily to God,
We enjoy His heavenly glow.

Stop and spend time to pray,
It will help at that moment,

A prayer on the lips,
Usually brings a smile to the face,
And it can be said anywhere,

When I played football,
I practiced regularly,
So also with prayer,
I should practice constantly;
It can be done each day,
In fact every moment your awake,
Send a little thought to God,
