Control the voice,
Control the tongue,
Life will be more peaceful,
Life will be more fun;
Easier said than done,
But I always try my best,
To be always successful,
Is the ultimate test.

My body is God's Temple,
I must treat it with respect,
Nourishing it daily,
As you would expect;
Lots of prayer,
Said with the food I take in,
Some yoga and meditation daily,
Makes it healthy and full of vim.
Don’t shout or yell, and you’ll be serene and well.
I used to try and control,
Myself and so many others,
Until I surrendered to Your love
And realised we are all a band of brothers;
It was then I noticed Your beauty,
My life became easier in every way,
And the more I allowed You control,
The more I realised the beauty of my soul.

I went to good schools,
Had teachers of the best,
But pain is the greatest teacher,
It helped me overcome my biggest teast;
It helpd me focus my mind,
To take spiritual advice,
Listen to the lessons of the ages,
The wisdom of the wise.
