Vivekananda, Yogananda, Sivananda,
Spiritual leaders divine,
Brought their knowledge to the West,
It came at the appropriate time;
They help us understand,
That we are part of the whole,
Helping us realise our aim in life,
Should be to find our soul.

May I never be idle,
May I always have a plan,
I know it will keep me healthy,
A fit spiritual young man;
Each day in doing things,
May I always try to help others,
May this be the focus of my life,
Realising that we're all a band of brothers.

When I reflect on what my life was like,
When me and God were apart,
It brought discomfort to my mind,
Discomfort to my heart;
When I think of how long this was,
And the mental and spiritual pain I did endure,
Until one day I asked for God's help,
And He provided the cure.
Every day, its good to pray.
